Blastmasters Flyer Transmission Polices:

    BlastMasters would be honored to blast your promotional product special,  product introduction,  company introduction,  sale,  discount  closeout or service promotion over the world wide web on your companies behalf.  Blastmasters does have legal,  moral and IP-market-response policies that we must honor to ensure our blasts are delivered successfully and are of the highest,  reliable quality.  Distributors that receive our blasts expect them to be in a professional,  industry standard manner.  Below is our list of blast requirements:

WHAT WE BLAST

  1)-  Blasts must not lie or be deceptive in any way.
  2)-  Blasts must be for: (introduction, sale, special, discount, closeout, service or association type) ad specialty type purposes only.
  3)-  We prefer that you have a website with the product(s) featured somewhere on it. (Not Required).
  4)-  Prices stated in all ads must be honored.  Use an Expiration-Date for time-limited offers.
  5)-  Delivery times stated should be honored (as best as you can).

TRANSMISSION MARKET RESPONSE:

      1)-  Any individual blast must not exceed 250 blocked transmissions derived from the return email address you provide us.
      2)-  Any individual blast must not exceed 25 spam reports derived from the return email address you provide us.
      3)-  Any individual blast must not exceed 20 Global Opt-Outs.  There is no limits for Local Opt Outs.  

  If a blast,  on your companies behalf -returns rates higher than listed (above),  Blastmasters reserves the right to halt any future blasts on your companies behalf,  and/or cancel any contract we have with your company.  Any contracts we create for your company will carry this clause.  Or we could request another return-email-address from your company - which may also solve the problem.  We enforce this to ensure our integrity on the world wide web.  Rules get stricter by the day on the world wide web,  so we must ensure that our flyers always reach our intended recipients.

  TRANSMISSION STRATEGY:

OUR LIST:

      1):  Our list has been generated from many years of service to the distributor community.
      2):  We do not sell our list to any companies/businesses/organizations/institutes/non-profit and/or associations.
      3):  We do not buy lists from any outside companies/competition services/organizations/associations/businesses or non-profit.
      4):  We do not attend tradeshows (waste of $$$ on our part) so we participate in NO tradeshow badge scan procedures.

      5):  Our list is promotional product distributor based.  
      6):  We do not comb the world wide web looking for addresses,  that's strictly asking for trouble on our part.
      7):  People who try to opt-in directly through one of our flyers is rejected,  we removed this link on the bottom of our flyers in 2005.
      8):  We use two blast-servers:  our own in-house,  and a commercial.  Anyone trying to opt-in to our commercial server is rejected. 
      6):  As of 7/1/07 we even stopped adding distributors to our list who join our website,  they have to contact us after-the-fact to get in.  
 

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

Artwork should be created in one of the following formats:  .gif.jpg,  animated .gif,  .pdf,  .html.

Recommended DPI You can create your art in either 72 or 300 dpi.
Recommended Art WIDTH:  710 pixels wide (max.) - horizontally.
Recommended Art HEIGHT:  900 pixels (max.) - vertically.
If you go larger than these horizontal and vertical size recommendations,  distributors can't print your ad on a single page on their printers.
You CAN make your art larger than what we stated (above),  but be aware that your art will take more than one page to print on a printer.

LINKS: Maximum of 15 per each individual flyer (included in price we quote you).
If the total amount of links per flyer exceeds 15,  a $5.00 charge per link applies.

CLIENT-SAFE VERSIONS:
We prefer you supply both a standard type artwork and a client-safe version artwork.
(If you do not supply a client-safe version,  we will take your standard ad and create it for you FREE.)

CLIENT-SAFE INFORMATION REMOVED:
If we do your client-safe,  the client-safe version will have the following contact information removed by us: 
association numbersprice codesemail addresses,  phone,  fax and website addresses - so a distributor
 can safely send the flyer to their client's,  and the client cannot contact you directly.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION TIMEFRAME:
Once you have a date & time scheduled / confirmed with us for your blast,  artwork must
be submitted (with subject line included) by email,  24-hours or more prior to the scheduled blast
date and time.  Artwork submitted inside the 24-hour timeframe means our
staff has to rush to setup,  test,  send proofs
and wait for your approval.  If you submit your art inside the 24-hour time frame,
an additional rush-charge fee will be applied to your invoice for that blast. See "FEE's" below...

RATES:

We work by individual blasts or packages.  We have standard rates plus we work special deals.  Our rates are not public and are not listed on this website.  You have to contact us with your specific requirements and we can work a great deal for you.  Contact us @ Toll-Free - 1-866-735-9121.  We will be happy to provide all the info on rates.

PAYMENTS:

Blastmasters.net Accepted Payment Method

We accept the following credit cards:  Mastercard,  Visa,  American Express,  Discover and PayPal only.
We do NOT accept cash,  personal,  db,  LLC or corporate checks for introductory blasts.
Checks may be accepted at our discretion,  after we establish a working relationship with your company.
All blasts must be paid in full prior to transmission.
All account balances must be paid in full 100Net0 and cannot be carried over to next billing period unless approved in advance.
Blastmasters reserves the right to refuse any business or discontinue transmissions of new or existing clients at its own discretion.
If Blastmasters does discontinue transmissions on your companies behalf,  we will provide the reason in writing. 

FEES:

DECLINED CREDIT CARDS:
Declined Credit Cards carry a $20.00 reprocessing fee.  Past due balances carry a monthly 1.5% interest fee. 

ARTWORK SUBMISSION TIMEFRAME:
Artwork submitted inside the 24-hour timeframe (see Artwork Submission Timeframes (above)) means our staff has to rush to setup,  test,  send proofs,  and wait for your approval.  If you submit your art inside the 24-hour time frame,  an additional $15.00 rush-charge will be applied to your invoice for that specific blast and/or blasts.

RESCHEDULING: 
Blasts re-scheduled (after final-proof-approval) within 24-hours of actual transmission date/time carry a $25.00 rescheduling fee.

HARD CANCELLATIONS:
Blasts that are requested,  scheduled,  setup,  proofed and approved by you - then hard cancelled either;  a): within 24-hours of the actual time you approved the blast,  or b);  within 24-hours of actual transmission time - carry a $30.00 removal fee.

RE-SETUP's:
Blasts that are requested,  scheduled,  setup,  proofed and approved by you - then changed causing us to re-setup the flyer comes with a $35.00 re-setup fee.

Blastmasters has a limited amount of space each week and cannot afford scheduling problems of this type without due and proper notice. 
If you need to reschedule a flyer,  do it responsibly,  keep us in consideration - and no extra fee's will be incurred on you.


LEGAL MUMBO JUMBO:

Multi-blast contracts are billed recurring by credit card that we retain on file for your account,  unless otherwise stated by you.

NOTICE: Our blasts are of the highest professional quality and integrity.  If our distributors report that prices stated (without expiration-dates) are not being honored by your organization - through a blast transmitted by us , and/or orders placed are not being delivered as promised to distributor,  by you - in writing,  and/or any other legal or non-legal discrepancies arise resulting from your companies inability to honor a price and/or delivery date you provided a distributor in writing,  and/or in the blast material itself,   we reserve the right to cancel your account and no further blasts will be transmitted on your companies behalf.  All blasts are transmitted within 15-minutes +/- of original scheduled transmission time due to occasional heavy server activity.   Information contained on this page is subject to change at any time and Blastmasters reserves the right to make changes with or without public notice,  with the exception of THIS PAGE on our website.  If we make a drastic change or make a change that effects all suppliers that use our service,  notice will be sent to all current suppliers - in email form.

REBLASTS:  If a problem occurs solely on Blastmasters part in the transmitting of a flyer that is deemed damaged,  incorrect, etc...  Blastmasters will provide a reblast of the original flyer that was sent in error at a later date free of charge to the supplier.  Blastmasters reserves the right to either: 1):  let the supplier pick a new date/time IF said date/time (supplier's choice) is currently available on the schedule at time of error occurrence, or,  2):  Blastmasters may choose the date and time on it's own behalf.  Blastmasters reserves the legal and total rights to choose which method to offer the supplier based on availability.  If a date/time is chosen by the supplier,  Blastmasters still reserves the right to change the date on it's own behalf to accommodate paying suppliers requests.  In other words,  a paid blast always takes precedence over a reblast at all times and if a scheduling problem does occur,  Blastmasters will inform the said reblast supplier.  This also covers scheduling errors on Blastmasters part.  Remember,  we will send you a final proof for your inspection and testing purposes.  And we require approval from you before a blast is transmitted through our network.  If we send you a proof,  and you approve it,  then realize something was wrong after the flyer went out,  sole responsibility and fault lies with the supplier and not Blastmasters in any way,  shape or form.  Nor does this entitle the supplier to a free reblast.  Check your flyer and approve it before it is transmitted.  Flyers not approved by supplier by date and time of transmission will have the said flyer held in "draft mode" on our servers until YOU approve it.
